Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If for any reason an item is faulty then please let us know as we are here to help.
All items must be checked for damage on the day of delivery, if anything is damaged please send an image of the damage to sales@brightstore.co.uk.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once you receive your goods, please check them straight away so any issue can be rectified quickly, please check the item is what you were looking for before removing packaging.  

We have a very flexible returns policy, but items must be returned in the same condition that they were sent, this particularly applies to lamp shades which cannot be returned if the protective covering is removed. If an item has been fitted a credit will only be issued if the item is deemed to be faulty. All packaging must be unmarked and returned in a condition ready for resale.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this is done within 24 hours of receipt of the returned item.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@brigtstore.co.uk and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
